A Budgie about town !

Hi readers I haven't been bird watching today but I did come across a different bird while with friends and that was a Budgie. I was walking around the area where I live (near Beacon primary school) and happened to see a flash of yellow fly across the road.

I then decided to take a closer look and realised it actually was a Budgie. It was great to see the bird but it most likely was not wild and in fact it was more likely to be a escaped bird that has flown out of the window of someones home. So if you have lost a Budgie in the last day or so round the Beacon school area it is flying around and there is still a chance you can get it back.
