A rare viewing

Hi readers, here I am again going on a Springwatch 2013, today early in the morni the webcams got views of Water Rail chicks in the nest. In my opinion this is a mega in terms of filming this activity, it's rare that chicks are ever seen in the wild and if they are birders usually o ly get short glimpses of the birds, well if you tune in the the Springwatch webcams you are going to get amazing views I have to say I am enjoying watching them.

I wasn't dedicated enough to stay up into the early hours in hope of seeing the chicks because, well I need sleep but I am still enjoying the shots being broadcasted on the show and the current views on the online webcams. I would advise any birders to take a look, it would really help in terms of identifying the characteristics of the chicks, I remember getti a glimps of a rail chick at upton warren early on when I got seriously not birding and it wasn't really enough to understand what the bird looks like but the webcam views are really helpful to me.

Thanks for reading there should still be a post this weekend some time.

Thanks for reading enjoy your Fridays and the weekend- WMBB
