Another good tick for the day!

Hi readers, had a good day birding today heres some of me and Dads main highlights.

Gailey Reservoir- Black necked Grebe x1 (fishing lake), Little Grebe x6, Black headed gull 20+, Cormorant 5+, Great crested grebe x1, Phesant x2.

RSPB Sandwell valley- Black headed gull 50+, Coot x75, Moorhen 5+, Gadwall 10+, Wigeon 5+, Grey wagtail x2, Cormorant x2, Canada Goose x45, Buzzard x1, Mute swan x2, Goosander x2, Pochard x1, Mallard 5+.

We also decided to take a look at the Gull roost at Chasewater in search of a Iceland Gull, unfortunatly we didn't see one other birders also had the same trouble so i'm guessing it didn't roost at Chasewater tonight.

Chasewater- Redpoll x7, Great crested grebe x6, Common Gull 10+, Greater black backed gull 10+, Lesser black backed gull 100+ (most likely more), Black headed gull 200+, Goldeneye x1 (male), Herring Gull 100+ (most likely more), Canada goose 5+, Lapwing 10+, Starling 5+.
