We also heard that a Long tailed Duck had been at Bittel reservoir for some time now and we decided to take a look around, unfortunatly we didn't see the bird but we saw a lot of other stuff also,
Lower Bittel reservoir- Treecreeper x1, Siskin 10+, Redpoll 10+, Buzzard x1, Great crested grebe x2, Cormorant x1, Goosander x2.
Barnt Green Sailing club- Great crested grebe 5+, Black headed gull 5+, Mallard 5+, Goosander x4, Cormorant x1. Also a gull on a pink buoy made me and Dad a little comfused, we couldnt come to a full conclusion but I'm going to go with it being a possible Caspian Gull but im not compleetly sure.
Cofton Lake- Black headed gull 20+, Moorhen x2, Mallard x3, Tufted Duck x1.
Thanks for reading.
