Hi readers, firstly I would just like to say hi to all my new viewers from Flickr and that I am very grateful for you reading my blog. Anyway again no birding outings today but I have a few things to talk about.
Many of you who regularly view the blog will know I have had a regular Fieldfare in my garden for the past week or so, well yesterday that Fieldfare and two more Fieldfare were around, the extra two birds were in the garden next to ours and I like to think it was a couple of our Fieldfares friends.
I also wanted to give your attention to an interesting website that tracks Polar bears and displays where they are via the Internet. The site is run by the WWF and is important to the survival of Polar bears. I know this is a birding site but why not look at other wildlife occasionally it makes a change.
Anyway back onto bears, some of you may know I am obsessed with wanting to go and see the Upton Warren Bittern, well as I have said a few times this week I am hoping to go and see it on Sunday, that should be when the next post is so look out for it and you shall find out if mine and dads quest is successful or not.
